Qualtrics users represent basically every research and experience management use case imaginable - so as Qualtrics Product Managers we need to collect signal from a wide variety of sources! First and foremost, we collect signal from our clients directly - feature requests and bug reports, RFPs and conversations you have with Sales and Client Success, your discussions in Qualtrics Community and our conversations directly with you before, during, and after the sales cycle. Secondly, we have a lot of great internal folks who are experts on specific verticals and use cases, so we have a wide variety of internal sources of signal: Subject Matter Experts, our own strategic planning goals, and internal groups like Tech Sales and Client Success who help us aggregate and prioritize signal. And then there's the whole wide world of feedback, including Qualtrics partners, industry experts, and consultants, who help us think about where we can take the discipline of Experience Management. And then we blend up all of those sources and do our darndest to continually deliver both the features you know you want and the things you never even dreamed to ask for but that revolutionize your company and discipline! We make plenty of mistakes in this wild and wooly ride, but we learn fast and get up stronger every time!
