We here on the Qualtrics XM Community team would like to wish everyone a very Happy New Year! 🎉

 

2024 has truly been a banner year for our Community, and all thanks to our amazing Community of members around the globe. In numbers, this is what 2024 looked like:

  • 41,000+ registered members on the Community
  • 13,000+ posts created
  • 75,000+ Two-Minute Tip video views

And, those are just a few of the impressive metrics demonstrating the power of community in 2024. 

The Qualtrics XM Community is so unique, in many ways. Our global Community of members internationally support one another across continents and time zones to help one another succeed in their respective XM programs. This shows a clear commitment within the XM industry to making sure we are collectively improving customer and employee experiences, daily. 

Many members celebrated important milestones in 2024, including new roles, promotions, new levels on the Community, and even multi-year anniversaries as members! One member in particular posted over 500 times this year on the Community, and perhaps to no one’s surprise, that member is the amazing ​@TomG, who has generously provided help, support, and guidance to so many. Members like TomG embody the spirit of community, and I know that everyone here is so grateful for his help.

@AlonsoC and I consider ourselves to be so lucky to work in the community profession, and to work with this Community in particular. Being able to help people succeed is extremely rewarding, and we are so excited about what 2025 has in store.

Be sure to stay tuned for exciting innovations coming to the Community in the New Year, and as always, we are here in service of all of you, our members.

This is what I thought from the day when I start using the community. 

Why Qualtrics support people doesn’t have much knowledge about tool. Even if we ask a simple question to them they are just diverting us to what already has in the support page or they just take weeks to give us a reply not solution. By the time, they reply, we already know what the issue.

 

Why Qualtrics doesn’t have its own support people.
