Yes, I want to know more! Our internal customer asked us just yesterday, “Why can’t Qualtrics look at all our comments boxes and, with one push of a button, give us a summary, themes, etc…? This is crazy!”
If we copy all the comments into Microsoft Copilot, we get exactly what we are looking for. It seems like this should be native. I know our expectations are growing so quickly, but this is now ubiquitous tech in our organization now. This must be on the roadmap somewhere, right?
Hello @Dukester, and thank you for your comment. We have reached out internally to get some guidance on this for you, and should have more to share soon. I’ll post another update here once I hear back. Thank you!
@Dukester -- Thank you for your patience on a reply here! I have talked to my colleagues internally, and they tell me that the Insights Explorer -- which is already live -- can help with the issue you outlined. More information about that can be found here.
Insights Explorer is a tool that uses AI to analyze open-text responses, and generate concise summaries, headlines, and thematic snapshots.
Additionally, you can find more here.
And, of course, you’re always welcome to contact our support team by clicking the “Contact Support” button on this page.
Hope this helps!
Very helpful, thank you for sharing it.
