Yes, I want to know more! Our internal customer asked us just yesterday, “Why can’t Qualtrics look at all our comments boxes and, with one push of a button, give us a summary, themes, etc…? This is crazy!”

If we copy all the comments into Microsoft Copilot, we get exactly what we are looking for. It seems like this should be native. I know our expectations are growing so quickly, but this is now ubiquitous tech in our organization now. This must be on the roadmap somewhere, right?

@Dukester -- Thank you for your patience on a reply here! I have talked to my colleagues internally, and they tell me that the Insights Explorer -- which is already live -- can help with the issue you outlined. More information about that can be found here.

Insights Explorer is a tool that uses AI to analyze open-text responses, and generate concise summaries, headlines, and thematic snapshots.
