The XM event today with Malcolm Gladwell was stellar. And I got my book a couple of days ago, so perfect timing to allow me to get a few chapters in. Hearing him speak was so insightful. Thanks Qualtrics for hosting this event (and for the signed book--very cool!)!

But then there is the X4 in March. Let's just hope the world is in better shape that it is right now so I'll be able to travel over to Salt Lake City.
