Thanks for the AI session!

Thanks to ​@JamesScutt and Adoreboard for a great presentation on AI for customer trust and loyalty. I really appreciated the thinking about driving adoption by staff; the idea that to improve customer outcomes, we can also leverage AI internally; empower people to experiment in ways that they find comfortable in their workflows; and celebrating when they are able to use AI to work more efficiently and effectively.

These validate our experience at NLM and I’d love to keep int ouch as things develop!
