Hello Qualtrics Community,
I'm reaching out because I'm experiencing some frustration trying to delete my Qualtrics account. I've been attempting to do so directly through my account settings, but unfortunately, I'm not finding a straightforward option to accomplish this.
Additionally, I've tried reaching out to support via the Customer Hub, as suggested, but I've encountered a roadblock there as well. Despite receiving a message that support is working on my request, I can't seem to find any ticket confirming this action.
I've also tried emailing support directly, only to receive a response directing me back to the Customer Hub to create a ticket. This has left me feeling quite stuck in a loop of frustration.
All I want to do is delete my account so I can create a new one using my university code. I'm currently on an internship and have been tasked with using Qualtrics, so resolving this issue promptly is crucial for me.
If anyone has encountered a similar situation or has any advice on how to proceed, I would greatly appreciate your assistance.
