I upgraded to a paid plan last Thursday and after completing the transaction saw a message that the upgrade can take up to 24 hours to complete. There’s been no such upgrade to my account yet, and zero contact from anyone at Qualtrics. I’m now seeing error messages that state: “Thanks for upgrading to CoreXM! We're currently experiencing some technical issues with upgrading accounts, but we're actively working on getting this fixed. This may take a few days to finalize. Thanks for your patience. Please contact us if you continue to run into any issues.”
Unfortunately for me my account seems to be in limbo, and I’m unable to “contact us” as the sales and technical support phone numbers don’t even ring, the line just goes dead.
Anyone else having trouble getting in touch with anyone at Qualtrics or getting their accounts upgraded to paid plans?
