I would like to upload a list of products (over 500) for one of my questions, I would like to give participants the ability to search for the product they have used by typing the first few letters. Is there a way to do this in Qualtrics?

Use select2. There are a number of posts about it on the Community. Search for select2 and add a filter with me as the author.
