Adjusting question text width for expanded answer box
I've set up some css to expand the answer box, so that we could have large numbers, but now the question text is overlapping the boxes in mobile. I've tried to see if some simple css would fix it, but nothing has worked. Any suggestions?

have your tried Media queries? Defining both width and max-width could also help you.
