Scenario

* FoteosMcGrubis wishes to use the AdvancedFormat feature that allows importing a qualtrics form from a simple text file.

Problem

* Foteos does not have a working example of how to use the [[Form]] Question Type Code
* Foteos has already contacted qualtrics support and searched around on GitHub to find an example, but nothing has come up so far.
