Can I make a conditional wait screen?

Hi,
I am fairly new to Qualtrics and I was wondering if it is possible to implement a conditional wait screen between players and their tasks? I am not very familiar with java script. I am using the GIST template from SMARTRIQS for my study.
For some context: there are 3 players in the game (X, Y, and Z). Player X makes a decision that impacts the information Y sees, which then impacts Y's decision and what is implemented for Z. At the end of the study, each player should see a final instruction/payment screen, however, X's payoff is conditional depending on what Y implements (Y makes their decision after X makes their decision). Is there a way for X to see a wait screen, which would occur after their decision, and would go away after Y makes their decision?
