Can I use JS to delete the Qualtrics cookie at the start of my survey?

Basically what the title says, am I able to use JS to delete the qualtrics cookie that users get when they begin my survey?
I have some users experiencing issues filling out an updated version of the survey, but it works after instructing them to clear their caches/browsing history, or do it in a private/incognito window.
