Change button text colour

Hello, I am customising a black theme for a survey and want to be able to change the colour of the text on the 'next'/'back' button to #fff white rather than a default black that is currently coming up with the primary & secondary colours being used. I've been told this can be done through custom code, but I'm not familiar with what code to use or how to implement. Any advice is appreciated!
