Copying and pasting an email build externally to qualtrics email

Hi,
I have built an email template using a website and I want to copy that email into my qualtrics email for distribution in the below box:
image.pngI am not sure how do I do this? There has to be a specific template for the email with the survey link. I was able to do this 2 years before, but now I am not able to figure it out. Hoping someone can help. Thank you!

    If you have the template source code(html,css) then you can paste that inside source by clicking the <> menu options else you need to manually add the content and customize it.
