When respondent's select a school from a long drop down list, or in a drill down (state, city, school), I need to be able to link that school (name) to the school id. I don't want the respondent to see the school id -- they only select the school name. But when I download the data, I would like to have a variable for the school name AND a variable that shows the corresponding school id. The number of schools and ids could be as high as 30,000. Not sure if this is baked in somewhere or not. Can't seem to find anything for this situation. Thanks.

Hi David,You can follow the same steps which mentioned over here (https://www.qualtrics.com/community/discussion/661/linking-answers-to-other-variables#latest)In this case, the contact list will contain "School name, School id, email" column. The email can be any dummy unique email id.
