Delay on Workflow

It would depend on the task you would like to delay.
Here is an example if you want to delay the email survey.

I want to delay the activation of subsequent webservice in a workflow like for at least 1 minute. SetTimeout() doesn't work.

Unfortunately, that kind of delay would not be possible.
