Delaying Answers while ALSO hiding next button until response

Hello,
I have found successful js code on the forum for delaying answers for a period of time, as well as for hiding a next button until a selection is made. I am in need of a way to do both in the same js code, since I need an audio clip to play fully before answers appear, and validation without a response replays the entire question, which is what I am trying to avoid.
