Designing a Q Sort on Qualtrics

Hi guys,
I'm looking to design a Q-Sort using Qualtrics - essentially set up like this survey shows (drag and drop exercise - but with limits on the number of items for each box).

I've been trying to do this using both the Pick, Group and Rank question type and the Matrix table (drag and drop) question type but having no luck (can't work out how to put the limits on responses in each box).
Has anyone done anything similar? Or might someone be able to point me in the direction of some code to use?
