Error: Question has not been saved

Hi there, I'm trying to import a question from another survey. The question loads, edits, etc. perfectly fine in the original survey, but whenever I try to import and edit in the second survey, I get an error that says "Question has not been saved. JavaScript is not allowed." ! Why is this happening? The original question is just a line of Text. The HTML is ``` <p>Your survey will automatically load in <strong><span id="countdowntimer">10 </span> seconds</strong>.
