Fix the first column of a side-by-side question

Hi all!,
I am looking for custom code (never coded before however) to fix the first column so when you have to use the slider to go to the right, the first column is always visible. Anybody knows how to help? Now I get this where people (when filling in the last column) can't see the item:

      Anyone of help? I am kinda stuck on this and at this point, it is vital to my study (which is supposed to be launched next week :-O)

      Have you considered using drop-downs instead of radio buttons? That way, they would probably fit without horizontal scrolling.
