Hello,
I have custom code I found on a forum board to build drop downs in form fields on a survey. They appear to work perfectly when someone fills out the form, the data shows the same drop down selection for all 3, even though the selections are not the same on each one. Attached is the code for the first such field in the survey. I expect something is missing that tells Qualtrics this is only for an individual question and not all drop down fields but I'm not sure what. Appreciate any help.
