I created a Conjoint survey using Qualtrics and have an introductory note regarding the conjoint exercise for the respondents. However, the note appears on each conjoint screen something that I don't want as it forces respondents to scroll resulting in poor CX. Is there a way to restrict the note to just the first Conjoint page or hide from other pages?
