Highlighter for image

Is there a way like hot spot question with like dislike, to upload image and respondent can select words or part of images with like/dislike, rather than defining regions.

what ive done before is using the heatmap question, once for the thing they like, and i give the option between 3 or 5 clicks and the i use the same image but asking to click on the things they dislike.
However with this like/dislike options the regions work really good
