Hello,
I am trying to create a question with text above the radio buttons, something similar to the NPS Question. But in this case i need to add three text, one in the left end, middle and right end.
Can someone please help me on how i can get this done ?

+13Just add labels (it's present on the left side of the question type selection box) and get 3 labels as required.
