How can I change the background colour of just one (or two) answer possibilities?

In the above question, I would like to change the background colour of prefer not to answer to a lighter grey? I tried different custom codes, but nothing has worked yet...

Hi there, if you still need, this can be put in place with CSS. Try adding the below to the Question Text of the Vertical Multiple Choice question using the Rich Content Editor's HTML/Source view "<>":
