How can I reduce spacing between questions?

I'm very new to Qualtrics and have zero experience with coding, so although I've searched through similar questions on the community forum, I'm still not sure how to approach this. Even the condensed question spacing within "Look and Feel" leaves huge gaps.
I utilized text questions to set up my survey introduction, and to create subheadings for each survey section. Now, there is just way too much space between the subheadings and the multiple choice questions that follow, and there is a huge gap between the introduction and first subheader (both are technically text questions).
How can I fix this? I appreciate your input.
