How do I increase the text size on Matrix statements (rows) on a survey with a Flat layout?

Is there a way to do this for the entire survey at once, or at the very least, for each question. I would prefer not to go to individual statements and edit it through the rich text editor.
I tried using the following custom code under "Look and Feel":
.Skin .Matrix .table-cell{font-size:21px!important;}
.Skin .Matrix table th{font-size: 21px;}
But for some reason, it only updates the column text size, and does not update the row text size for Matrix type questions on Flat surveys. I tried it on the survey with a Modern layout and this code worked fine.
Any help would be appreciated!

      Hi there, I am having trouble replicating the issue. That first line is changing the font-size of the statement text for matrix tables using the Flat layout on my end. If you still need, any chance you could post a QSF or some screen shots so that it might be further investigated?
