How do I skip to an earlier part of the survey without having to use the back arrows?

I don't know if I have chosen the right Category for this question, but here goes.
In a lengthy survey, I want to give the option of just skipping back to a particular section to change an answer if the participant wishes. Certainly, the participant can use the back arrow but that might be time consuming in a long survey. Is there an alternate way to do this? Thank you for answering.

      You might be able to use a Table of Contents.

      Unfortunately, my institution doesn't have Table of Contents available to use. Please feel free to let me know if there are other options to consider.
