Group Name: Internal Only you (custom validate that no others in this group is) Manager Senior Manager Director CIO Group Name: External DVC Head of School Adacemic Students You could split this out into three questions (are these reports... internal or external) then follow up with the two who lists. But that seems like a waste of the respondent's time.
