How to add a question after a check box if it is selected?

you can create separate question and apply display logic over that.

The structure for those questions that is probably best:Matrix table with text response. Validate number >=0.Q1. How many of the following period reports do you create?* Ad hoc* Daily* Weekly* Monthly* Quarterly* Half yearly* YearlyIF Ad hoc > 0Multi-select with groups Who receives these reports?Group Name: InternalOnly you (custom validate that no others in this group is)ManagerSenior ManagerDirector CIOGroup Name: ExternalDVCHead of SchoolAdacemicStudentsYou could split this out into three questions (are these reports... internal or external) then follow up with the two who lists. But that seems like a waste of the respondent's time.
