Hello Community, I'm trying to work with side-by-side question, and I can't figure out how to insert a radio button in multiple answer(checkbox) side by side question.

Unfortunately, it wouldn't be possible to customize it directly. One approach here could be to keep it a checkbox and make that row exclusive somehow by JS. It would be easier in a matrix question type if you're willing to use that question type.
