How to display percentage inside of bar chart.

I have been struggling with my single bar chart. I want to display percentages inside of each bar.
But no matter which options I apply, percentages only show above each bar chart.
Does someone have any advice?

Kaz_1210 The options in the dashboards and reporting are somewhat limited, so you may have to use javascript to place the percentages inside of the bar. This would be a nice feature to add - perhaps we should put in a feature request.
