How to make labels be centered at each end of the slider question?

I have the "Center labels" option checked, and that makes the lables be centered at each end of the slider question. Like this:
However, when I go to "preview/mobile view", the labels shift and appear slightly off-center, like this:
Does anybody know how I could fix this?
