How to send an automatic email without storing the emails?

I created an automatic score report for individual participants using embedded data/scoring features. I would like to give participants the option to automatically email the report to themselves. However, I cannot record identifiable data (email addresses). Is there a way to not record the email that the participant enters but still send them an automatic email?
