Hello,
I am designing a survey where I want to insert a graphic (e.g., a timeline) into the survey and customize it so that text boxes would either appear on the graphic or coming off of the graphic for participants to fill in.
Does anyone know is this can be accomplished in Qualtrics? Maybe through customizable HTML code? Would love to hear any ideas!

Attached is the graphic we want to insert into our survey. Our wish is that for each dash mark on the timeline- a free text entry question would appear off of each dash for participant to enter a person's name so that they can view the timeline and answer the question at the same time.
