I want to create a multiple-choice question with three options. Once one of them is selected, the related information for this option will be displayed to the respondent. I have attempted to write HTML code; however, it does not run in Qualtrics. Could you please help me with creating this type of question?

You can come close to this requirement without HTML as well.
Create a question with your question text and the three options:
Q. Given this circumstance, what is your plan to change the number of cars you own?
a. Decrease by 1 vehicle
b. Remain the same
c. Increase by 1 vehicle
Then create three text/graphic type questions (and add the required text associated with the three options) below the above question and do not add page breaks between all these. Apply display logic (and tick the option ‘In Page’) to these three questions according to the selection of the three options of your base question.
