Hi

In the below screenshot and wording how can I reduce the spacing between these.

I will share code also.

Thanks

Sarah

How likely would you be to recommend your Insurance Company to family or friends?

Please rate on a scale from 0 to 10 with 0 being “Definitely would not recommend them" and 10 being "Definitely would recommend them".

Hi,

This part is directly piped in from your survey here in your code:

<td style="font-size:15px;padding:0px 16px 0px 16px;">${q://QID4/QuestionText}</td>

If you want to modify what’s piped in, you need to go back to the survey itself. Otherwise, you can hardcode the question text with the spacing you want instead of piping it in.

To get questions (especially buttons / boxes) to display correctly may depend on where you are viewing this email.  Outlook (desktop) is very difficult to manage buttons.

Are you using Outlook desktop per chance to view the email?  The tell tale sign is your boxes don’t have a rounded edge in the email screenshot.
