Insert additional table header in matrix table | XM Community

Hello Community,
I'm working with matrix table and is there a way to insert an addition table serve as category in 3 columns just like in the picture below. Thank you

You can enable add labels to each of the scale points and just fill the fourth one. It would look like as below, for the ones where you do not want to show just add a space:
