I've found this code to put in HTML and hover over to see text:

But, I'm wondering if there's a way to set it so when you hover over the question text, you see an image instead?
Example:
Do you like ice cream sundaes?
- Then when you hover over the bolded part you see a picture of an ice cream sundae.
