Masking on Import Data

Hi All,

I wanted to know if it is possible to mask the data which is imported on Qualtrics from another platform. As of now  we have enable the masking on the responses which is getting recorded through Qualtrics survey.

But we are not able to mask the import data.

 

Please suggest if any solution  is there.

Thanks for the replies @Appzk. I have reached out to Qualtrics support and found that the survey was added  by mistake  to the exemption list that’s why the redact was not working.

Hi @Appzk 

As far as i know these Sensitive Data Policy applies to the data which is recorded through Qualtrics Survey because we have made the restriction but it is not working in import project and I want to apply the restriction on the data that it importing from another platform.

But I have applied the redact policy from the starting itself but still not working
