Hi, I'm having participants propose ideas in several text entry boxes in a limited amount of time. Can I know when they enter each idea in a box? Thanks !

@Clin if you only have one text box per page then you can use Qualtric's built-in timing question type. It is a great feature for those of us who aren't strong coders.https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/survey-module/editing-questions/question-types-guide/advanced/timing/

You can use event handlers on each text box to start a timer on focus and end it on blur. Record the times to embedded variables or a hidden text form question on the same page.
