I'm trying to label the radio buttons in bipolar matrix table. However, the numbers are displaying inside the radio buttons. I need to label above each radio button. Update me with the code if anyone has.

Just set the padding-bottom to certain percentage till those numbers are above the radio buttons. Note that those numbers should have a common class like "Answers", use that to modify your css values.
