Questions pop up while participant is reading a text

 I would like to design a survey in which the participant reads a lengthy passage over multiple pages. Every 2-3 minutes, I would like a question to pop up for them to answer. After answering the question, they will continue to read where they left off. Is something like this possible to design on Qualtrics?

      Yes, You can use jQuery dialog box or modals and store the answer in the hidden question or in embedded data.
