I need to create a slider scale that shows extreme values on each side of the slider rather than the top of it, as shown in the image that labels "Poor" and "Excellent" are on both sides of the slider. I would appreciate it if you could let me know how can I do it?

Maybe something like the below could work?
Start with a basic slider and then consider some options:
Type - Bars
Options - Show Value, Center Lables
Put blank for the slider choice (if you so desire).
To make it exactly as the above, consider using custom CSS to adjust the style of the slider.
