System Date on the Survey Form

May I need your support? I need to do a survey and want to put a SYSTEM TIME / CURRENT TIME into the survey form.

Would you please advise how should I do?

Good morning from a sunny Sweden!
I have this snippet in my survey emails: ${date://CurrentDate/c}

The above makes the date look like this when written out: 5/2/23 5:45 AM EDT
