Timer Reset Problem
Hi,
May I ask how do I set a timer displayable to the users, and will continue to count even when the users refresh/quit the page?

You can use the timing question type and click the "show timer" box to get it to display. Here is the example - https://uploads-us-west-2.insided.com/qualtrics-us/attachment/9u_fr8dhcf1vi06.jpg - with relevant elements highlighted yellow.
The timer will always restart when the page is opened, so respondents quitting or refreshing the page can reset the timer. Potentially custom code could work around this, though I'm no expert. Try check out the forum on the topic and see what's up!
