Using a popup to provide the user with a definition when hovering over a word in a question.

Hi All,

I keep trying to use html code below to add a definition as a popup when hovering over a word in my questions, but I can’t seem to get it to work. Does anyone know why? I have done this in the past, am not having luck currently. Thanks,

    Some possible checks:

    1) Did you place this code within Question’s HTML view or within Question’s Rich Content Editor > enabling Source Code?

    If not, you should insert this code in either of the section. 

    2) Are you using a free account?

    Free accounts have various restrictions and is unable to use custom coding.

    3) Are there any other codes added to the question / survey hat may have affected it?
