I don't want to reference this: https://jfe-cdn.qualtrics.com/themes/skins/bjswholesale/bjswholesale_minimal/version-1537469037583-eaa745/stylesheet.css
Or inspect the page every time I need to find a class name to customize look & feel. Does Qualtrics actually have something that we can reference? This seems like a very basic and necessary support option that they should be providing clients yet I can't find this info anywhere.

Don't think such list is provided by qualtrics, but it's always a good practice to inspect and see it, to be sure.

I feel like this is atypical of a software product to not provide this basic outline or style sheet of their CSS class names. Am I wrong here?

I'm dealing with the same problem. It took me ages to find all the element names somewhere, and I'm not done yet.
However, I found a few helpful resources in addition to abovementioned ones. This one contains a lot of elements and is slightly commented and here is an interesting page about buttons.

@skane Would you describe me how to get the stylesheet for particular themes?
