Adding topics in text iq of a dasboard and in the survey project

Because if we want to use this topic in a workflow, QC does not find it….

If you are assigning topics by searching key words, you can export the topics from dashboard and import it into survey text IQ and vice versa.

Ahh perfect.... but if I add one topic at a time, I must add it in both places, right? Qualtrics does not update automatically if I add a new topic in the text iq of the Dashboard to the text iq of the survey or vice versa.

Yes, TextIQ in the dashboard and survey are not dependent. You have update it separately.
