How much time do you actually spend configuring dashboards in XM projects?
From my experience, this is one of the most time-consuming parts of any XM programme and it repeats every time:
Selecting and mapping fields
Configuring widgets
Setting up filters
Designing page layouts
It all adds up quickly.
Over the last few months, I’ve been experimenting with something different.
What if you could simply describe the dashboard you want, and have it built through a conversation instead of manual configuration?
That’s the idea behind Pirai AI Flow — a Chrome extension that works alongside your Qualtrics dashboards. It lets you create widgets, filters, and full pages using natural language. It understands your survey data, identifies field types, and handles the configuration automatically.
Our goal is to reduce dashboard configuration time by at least 50%. Based on hands-on experience, this feels very achievable.
We’re opening a preview next month. If you’d be interested in trying it early, feel free to reach out.
A few questions for the community:
- Would you use something like this in your current workflow?
- Where do you lose the most time when building dashboards?
- What’s missing today that would genuinely improve your dashboard building experience?
Would really value feedback from the XM community.
