Does anyone use Qualtrics to collect and monitor information from a Complaints program at their company? If so, I would love to connect and learn more about how you utilize Qualtrics, tools, best practices, learnings, etc.

+32So interesting story, we had to pull back from the survey due to union concerns. We are now doing one on one meetings first and then will send out a simplified survey with very brief, targeted questions at the end of each semester and only at the senior leadership level.
