Does anyone use Qualtrics to collect and monitor information from a Complaints program at their company? If so, I would love to connect and learn more about how you utilize Qualtrics, tools, best practices, learnings, etc. 

Hello @grbottcher , I am hoping to use Qualtrics to track complaints at my university.  I created two surveys, one to gather information on how our process is working now and one to use and track complaints going forward that I can create custom dashboards for.

Haven’t launched them yet (our first committee meeting is next Friday), but feel free to reach out if you want to discuss.

Curious to know if there are any updates on this topic ! 


So interesting story, we had to pull back from the survey due to union concerns.  We are now doing one on one meetings first and then will send out a simplified survey with very brief, targeted questions at the end of each semester and only at the senior leadership level.

Pamela - I missed your first response and received a notification today when Alexandre responded. Sorry for not reaching out! We decided on another direction for our program as well.
